Additional information

• Adults and children train at the same time in the same space.
• Beginners should wear comfortable sportswear to class (no shoes to be worn).
• Karate suits and belts can be purchased from the Club.
• After your second lesson, you will need to obtain an annual licence with the ISKF, which includes insurance cover.
• If you are from another karate association, please bring your training documentation (e.g. grading record) if available.
