After your second lesson, you will need
to get an annual licence with ISKF UK.
An ISKF UK licence
will:
- enable you to train at
other ISKF clubs in the UK and in more than 70 countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Pan-America region.
- attend national and
international ISKF courses, including the annual Master Camp in Pennsylvania, USA, where you can train with Japanese masters of Shotokan Karate.
- give you the
opportunity to become a professional instructor by completing the ISKF Instructor Trainee Programme.
- allow you to compete in
club, regional, national, European and world competitions.
- enable you to take
grading examinations - ISKF certificates are widely recognised and respected throughout the world.
- give you Public
Liability Cover (insurance) through membership of the Federation of English
Karate Organisations (FEKO). FEKO membership is included in the ISKF UK licence fee.
